CANCELLATION POLICY

    1. All orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order by sending an email to our customer care team at care@houseofdesigners.in
    2. No order can be cancelled, if it is shipped from our warehouse. It is only eligible for Return or Exchange, if applicable.
    3. Any order with Made to Order products cannot be cancelled once it is placed with the designers by our customer care team.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICIES

We have a 7 Days Return and Exchange Policy.

House of Designers acknowledges the return of products only limited to direct sale between House of Designers and consumer. This only entails online sale through our website directly, and not through any retail or physical outlets or vendor/manufacturer/designer or any third party. We reserve the right to decide if any order or product is returnable, exchangeable or refundable. The returns will be done only for the products for which the invoice is issued by House of Designers.

All Made on Order or Custom Order or Made to Measure products are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE OF DOMESTIC ORDERS

Following terms and conditions prevail for return and exchange of domestic orders:-

      1. In case you want to return or exchange the product you have to notify us by email within 48 hours of delivery of the delivery of your order, with the reason for return or exchange. If we are not notified within 48 hours of delivery, we may not be able to accept return or exchange.
      2. We will accept return or exchange only when products are in unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged conditions. If we suspect that the products are in used, worn, washed or damaged condition, we will not be able to accept return or exchange on such products.
      3. We will accept return or exchange only if they are returned in their original packaging, with their original tags intact.
      4. You may have to provide the original invoice issued by House of Designers at the time of return or exchange.
      5. If items are sent to us for return or exchange without informing us beforehand, the items will be returned to the sender without acknowledging.
      6. All Made to Order or Custom Order or Made to Measure products are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
      7. In case of refund, if any, it may take 7-10 working days to get your amount refunded back into your bank or Credit/Debit Card account.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE OF INTERNATIONAL (OUTSIDE INDIA) ORDERS

Following terms and conditions prevail for return and exchange of international orders:

    1. In case you want to return or exchange the product you have to notify us by email within 48 hours of delivery of the delivery of your order, with the reason for return or exchange. If we are not notified within 48 hours of delivery, we may not be able to accept return or exchange. 
    2. We will accept return or exchange only when products are in unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged conditions. If we suspect that the products are in used, worn, washed or damaged condition, we will not be able to accept return or exchange on such products. 
    3. We will accept return or exchange only if they are returned in their original packaging, with their original tags intact.

    7. In case of return or exchange, shipping charges, customs duties and local taxes paid by customers will not be refundable and only the product value will be refunded. 
    8. In case of the return, the shipping charges for sending the product back to our warehouse in India, will be borne by the customer only. 
    9. In case of an exchange, the shipping charges for sending the product back to our warehouse in India and sending exchanged product again to the customer will also be borne by the customer only. 
    10. During the exchange or return process, any tax/duty/charges are levied by Indian or customer country’s government will be borne customer. We will provide documents/receipts to the customer for such tax/duty/charges to carry transparent transactions and trustful relationship and ethical business practice. 
    11. In case of refund, if any, it may take 7-10 working days to get your amount refunded back into your bank or Credit/Debit Card account.
